About iTaxi.pk is that we are offering transport and logistics services in Pakistan. We have partnered with several companies to allow us to better increase their sales. At the same time, we assist residential and commercial entities in getting the transport rapidly. There is no app to download. We are only based in Pakistan. The leads are generated through a form on each page.
LEGAL STUFF
itaxi.pk is a part of Intelisales. All the invoices will be generated on Intelisales letterhead. Intelisales will be charging 13% sales tax on each transaction.
- Intelisales is a Registered Firm in partnership.
Intelisales is Registered with the following government organizations.
- Sindh Board of Revenue (SRB) for General Sales Tax (GST).
- Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for National Tax Number (NTN).
iTaxi.pk TRUCKS AND MATERIAL
itaxi.pk does not own any trucks. Our service is a rental based service. We can guide you which truck would better to move your items.
We can provide different material to secure the items when moving. We can provide blankets and plastics cover if needed. Any consumable item must be purchased before the move; such as plastic tapes, paper tapes, used and new cartons or boxes.
DRIVER SAFETY
Due to several constraints, we request all of our customers to give us an ample time to travel to the site rather than rushing us. Therefore, we take around two (2) to three (3) hours to arrive on the site. Furthermore, we strive to put our drivers and labours on a safe journey rather than having a traffic accident. Hence, it will delay our customers. Due to this reason, please do not push a driver for a quick job.
In addition, a driver can deny customer’s job due to location or the area or even surroundings. As a result, itaxi.pk makes an effort for safety hours. After all, our drivers are an entrepreneur under an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
DRIVER’S RIGHT TO WORK
itaxi.pk puts our driver first and their rights. Therefore, we analyze the work very carefully and may deny any job. In addition, if the working conditions are not to a level where a driver and labours can work; we will deny the work.
About iTaxi.pk PAYMENT
A good business is done on good faith. iTaxi.pk request our customers to please finalize the payment before the move. The payment consists of labour and material. The material is paid in advance by the customer. Hence, both a customer, driver, and labours will not go in dispute. If there is a dispute, then a customer has full right to dispute. However, we will go in arbitration and all the legal work will be handled in Karachi, Pakistan. Customer is responsible for all the dispute related fee including lawyers fee, courts fee, transportation fee, documentation fee or any other fee that is related to any dispute.
HOW WE DO IT?
- Please call or email taxi@itax.pk and give us 24 hours to respond. You can also fill out a car form.
- Arrival – Please give us 2 – 3 hours to arrive on site
- Work Analysis – Please allow 30 – 45 min to analyze the work situation
- Payment – Any material must be purchased by the customer
